Hey, guys, welcome to another bonus episode of the jointly podcast today. I'm sharing other riff. This is another solo show. Should be a super short. Um, but I wanted to talk about success, and this is something that I kick off. All of my client calls all of my client partnerships, all of my group coaching programs, everything. I D'Oh always begins with a conversation about success, and I want to clarify why this is so important. I was reading in my devotional this morning and it put it into words perfectly. And that is that our definition of success, how we define success, what it means to us, will direct our path or daily energies are two DUIs. Our task lists are purpose or mission. Everything we do with our life will be directed by the way we define success. Where are you heading and where do you really want to go? Is what you're doing now in true accordance with your real definition of success? Or have you let a definition of success that you don't really believe in start to become your definition? And when we don't define on the outset clearly what success looks like and feels like to us. We're setting ourselves up to get straight in any direction. This is the foundation of vision casting, crafting a vision, knowing what your purpose is. This is the foundation off those things of those structures. Um, one of the first things that I do with all of my clients, whether they're coming to me for hiring, strategy or leadership coaching or group coaching is to tangibly define success. For example, if your definition of success is to make $1 million.5 years to make a lot of money, your days are going to look very different than if your definition, if your definition of success is to be a best selling author or a singer or president of the United States, all these things are going to direct your paths. We have to begin defining success by asking a few questions of ourselves. And I want to share these props with you guys today because I ask all of my clients, too, talk through in journal through these questions. In my group coaching program, we had entire session where we're talking about these things and sharing these things together. But one thing that I really want to ask you right now is if success were an emotion, what would it feel like? And then at the end of your life, what does a successful life I feel like to you what would make it feel that way? And what do you need to be doing today to make that come to life? What you visualize and what you pursue, what you hold valuable in your heart is what you're going to strive after your entire life. No matter how you structured your to do lists your schedule, you're Sana workflow. Trillo, click up What the cool kids using these days I don't even know. All of that is determined by the direction your heart is going, what your heart is craving, what a success look like and feel like to you in business. Translate that to your team. If you want to know what success looks like for your team, if you wanna have a successful team, a motivated team and inspired team inefficient team, a team you can rely on to get things done. You need to clearly know what success looks like and feels like because if you don't define those things, then you won't know. When you are unsuccessful, you'll be directionless. You won't know if you're successful or unsuccessful. You'll just be going along. But if you define what success looks like and feels like in your life and in your business and for your team, any moment when you start to stray, an alarm's gonna start going off in your head and in your heart, telling you to get back on track, realign your goals, realign your two DUIs, realign your relationships and your priorities, get back on track. So I want to know. Today I need you to head over to Instagram G M's right now. No matter I don't care when you're listening to this, I don't care if it's three months from now. Three years from now.
